Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an EBS + Fusion FIN Functional Consultant.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Oracle certification in EBS and/or Fusion Financials is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skill Set Required:
Implementation and Configuration:
Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials modules.
Configure financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM, to align with business requirements.
Customize and enhance functionalities to improve system performance and user experience.
Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Training and Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and operational procedures.
