Job Summary
The SAP SuccessFactors HR Business Analyst acts as the bridge between HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless design, delivery, and maintenance of various modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruitment, and Onboarding. The role involves configuring modules, supporting global end users, and participating in projects to enhance efficiency and industry best practices. Additionally, the analyst will liaise with stakeholders, manage enhancements, and oversee quality assurance in functional configurations.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding).
- Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in conducting quality assurance on functional configurations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between internal teams and implementation partners.
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
- Experience in training and supporting global end users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in HR process transformation and automation.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Experience in working on HRIS transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
