1. Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Temenos Transact (T24) Support Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in banking technology support and implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for T24 core banking modules, managing incident resolution, implementing system enhancements, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of banking systems. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of T24 modules, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
2. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
* 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system
* Strong expertise in T24 modules such as AA, Customer, Accounts, Payments, Lending, and Treasury
* Experience in T24 COB (Close of Business) operations, performance tuning, and environment support
* Proficiency in jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, InfoBasic programming, and T24 local customizations
* Proven ability to handle incident management, problem resolution, and bug fixes
* Familiarity with Temenos upgrade and patching process
* Strong knowledge of Temenos APIs, integration frameworks, and interface support
* Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
3. Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
* Exposure to Temenos Infinity or other Temenos digital channels
* Knowledge of DevOps practices in T24 environments
* Experience in Temenos data migration tools (TCIB, TDS)
* Understanding of reporting tools (e.g., JasperReports, OBIEE)
* Prior involvement in regional banking implementations (GCC, Africa, or SE Asia preferred)
4. Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5–7 years of experience in T24 support and/or implementation projects
* Temenos certification is a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced and SLA-driven environments
