Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of OpenText ECM & xECM, specifically for integration with SAP systems. The role involves implementing, configuring, and managing OpenText Extended ECM for SAP solutions, troubleshooting issues, and performing system integrations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of document lifecycle, archiving, and content migration to OpenText Archive Center. This position is based in Ajman, UAE and requires hands-on experience in OpenText, SAP ABAP, and associated technologies.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory) :
- OpenText Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText ECM & xECM, including Content Server, Archive Server, and Directory Services.
- SAP Integration: Deep understanding of SAP integration processes, including RICEF objects, SAP ERP, CRM, SRM, and Fiori apps integration with xECM.
- ABAP Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP, integrating RICEF Objects with OpenText systems.
- Installation & Configuration: Expertise in installing, configuring, and administering OpenText Extended ECM for SAP, including Archive Link configuration for SAP in the Content Suite Platform.
- Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to OpenText products, especially ECM & xECM performance and functional issues.
- Document Management: Experience in document migration, archiving, and indexing for search capabilities within OpenText Archive Center.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Cloud & Containerization Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization concepts, and related technologies.
- OpenText Certifications: Certifications in OpenText Extended ECM.
- SAP ABAP Certification: ABAP certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with EFM & Automation: Experience in configuring Enterprise File Management (EFM) and automation of workflows within OpenText.
- Web Technologies: Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture, including Web Services, REST, and XML.
- SAP Module Integration: Experience with additional SAP modules like SAP CRM and SAP SRM.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing and supporting OpenText with SAP Solutions.
- Certifications: OpenText Extended ECM and SAP ABAP certifications are preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of OpenText architecture, content lifecycle management, records management, and information governance best practices.
