Job Summary
The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The role involves building Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automating business workflows, integrating with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and external APIs, and ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. The developer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions while also providing support, documentation, and training for end users.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven applications)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflow automation
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for building user-friendly apps
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform components
• Experience integrating applications with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and external APIs
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of application scalability, security, and performance optimization
• Ability to provide technical support and guidance to users
• Experience documenting development processes and maintaining application guides
Good to Have Skills (Optional)
• Experience working with Power BI reports and dashboards
• Experience supporting operational teams through automation tools
• Ability to train end users and create structured training material
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, security models, and best practices in Power Platform
• Exposure to larger business process automation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations
• Experience working directly with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
• Proven ability to develop scalable and secure applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Power Platform applications
• Exposure to Microsoft environments such as SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Dataverse, or SQL Server
