The Oracle Fusion IT Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing first line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP covering Finance, HCM and SCM modules during Europe, US time zone operations.
The role ensures business continuity by resolving user issues, maintaining integrations, managing period-close activities, and supporting data accuracy and compliance across the global ERP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Incident Support

    Monitor and manage user tickets in Halo / JIRA within defined SLAs.
    Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), HCM and SCM modules.
    Log L1 and escalate L2, L3 Tickets to Functional & Technical Agents or Oracle SRs for complex configuration or integration issues.
    Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document knowledge base articles.
    Ensure seamless handover communication for next-shift teams.

Candidate Profile
    7–8 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM & SCM).
    Proven L1/L2 support experience with hands-on in FBDI/ADFDI, OIC, and BI Publisher.
    Support Expertise in Finance , HCM SCM Modules.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote global collaboration.
    Experience working in night shift (  2 PM to 11 PM) covering US time zones.

    Reporting: BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio

    Excel : Basic Excel  
    Collaboration: MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence
