Job Summary
The Oracle Fusion UAE Payroll Support Consultant will be responsible for providing functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a strong focus on UAE Payroll. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring payroll compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS requirements, configuring payroll components, supporting quarterly updates, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to maintain smooth and accurate payroll operations. The consultant will also handle reporting, documentation, data loads, and user support for day-to-day HCM activities.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll with UAE localization
• Expertise across Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management modules
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues, configuration gaps, and data inconsistencies
• Experience logging and managing SRs with Oracle Support
• Proficiency in configuring payroll elements, balance definitions, fast formulas, and payroll flows
• Experience supporting quarterly patches, testing cycles, and new feature rollouts
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loaders, and data migration activities
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, WPS, gratuity, leave rules, and statutory compliance
• Ability to generate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide end-user support and conduct training sessions
Good to Have Skills (Optional)
• Experience in broader HCM modules beyond Payroll, such as Benefits or Time & Labor
• Familiarity with integrations between Payroll and Finance systems
• Understanding of best practices for cloud configuration, testing, and release readiness
• Exposure to automation of payroll audits and validation processes
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or training
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
• 4–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with specialization in Payroll
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of UAE payroll statutory requirements and localization features
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Proven ability to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work proactively with HR, Finance, and IT teams in a support environment
• Oracle Fusion certification preferred but not mandatory
